The Ideal Studio
We were recently asked to contribute to The Ideal Studio, a new project from Represent Recruitment and It’s Nice That which intends to shed light on what makes a great creative working environment. They’ve interviewed professionals from a wide range of agencies including Pentagram, Graphic Thought Facility, Moving Brands and Wolff Olins, and asked them to share insights on everything from working culture and decor to HR policies and hierarchies.
